A group meditation takes place at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 4. Meditation techniques alternate from week to week and include mantra, Kriya and more. By donation. A "Stress-Free Workshop" features an introduction to the practice of hatha yoga and identifying ways of responding to and coping with stress from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 3. Free.
