When: Mondays-Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Fridays, 6:45-7:30 a.m. and Sundays, 8-9:30 a.m. Continues through Dec. 31 2018
TCMC offers mindfulness meditation classes, sits from various traditions (Insight, Vipassana, Theravada) Monday- Friday and Sunday, workshops and retreats. Suggested donation $5-7 No one will be turned away.
