October 17 marked an important day in Arizona history and signaled a changing attitude about gay rights across the nation. The unconstitutional (that's straight from the U.S. District Court!) ban on gay marriage was finally lifted. A slew of Tucson sponsors want to ensure soon to be grooms and grooms and brides and brides have the most beautiful weddings possible. The Pride Guide Tucson LGBT Wedding and Honeymoon Expo will take place Sunday, June 7 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass, 3800 W. Starr Pass Blvd. From 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. LGBT friendly businesses will exhibit their rings, cakes and everything wedding bliss. There were also be a fashion show and prizes awarded all day. Tickets are available for $5 online and $10 at the door. All, be you gay, straight, or whatever, are welcome to attend.
