    Way to go Tucson Weekly. You just managed to convince people that 87000 people were tested. In reality, drug tests were only give to those that checked YES on a questionaire asking if they had taken drugs in the last 30 days. 42 people checked YES. Only 16 of those passed. 54% of people did not make it through to the next round to be eligible for benefits. If it were expanded to all 87000 applicants then the failure rate would be extremely higher. Unfortunately our all knowing legislative body has not seen the wisdom to test everyone.
