Re: “Undocumented Immigrants March For Justice In Tucson

"...the fertile ground for foreign investment, raw materials and cheap labor, enriching Mexico's elite at the expense of the general population. Timber, oil, silver... "
What you have just described is the formula for a nation to grow it's wealth and build it's infrastructure thus enriching it's citizens ... simultaneously pointing out that the exploitation of the Mexicans is really a Mexican problem in Mexico- "enriching Mexico's elite"!! Yet you do not address that.

Where is the breast beating tearful tearing of shirts directed at the Mexican government, the gut wrenching testimony before the United Nations... with endless tv coverage and demonstrations demanding Mexico - spread the wealth!! That is an human rights issue right?

You then refer to ..."President Polk took half of Mexico ..." hummmm - there is not enough space to refute that lame claim so I'll compress it for you -BS!! So having said that let me ask you this: what is the REAL issue here:repatriating "stolen lands" or finding work in the United States? If the latter then what is to prevent the LEGAL entry of Mexicans in to the US???

How is applying for a visa a violation of human rights?

Re: “A Night of Regret: The Arrest of TUSD's Former MAS Director Brings Contrition, Discussion on Gender Violence

The MAS reading list reads like a idiopathic wet dream ... in high school I well remember that element who wore their "Mexicaness" like a hair shirt like it was your fault they were "Mexican" always leading with - "...you don't like me 'cause I'm Mexican" ...

in sharp contrast to the other group of Americans of Hispanic descent who worked shoulder to shoulder with the community to build a cohesive family of citizens ... and shared with all the bodas, quincieras and bautismos without the damn thing breaking into a riot of shooting and fighting ... they were and are a class act and we shared our successes, failures and tragedies together as family ... we were Americans first - anything else second ...

Roy Warden is right - we do have a Mexican problem and it originates in Mexico more specific it's a Mexico problem ... and as much as the cries of human rights is pandered about - the question remains - when will Mexico be held responsible for their civil rights violations - what country routinely and methodically disposes (ripping families apart - yes there are families in Mexico ) millions of it's natural born citizens out if their country of birth ... that is called an "ethnic cleansing" - as though a better life in Mexico absolutely depends on getting them out of Mexico ... that is some very sick sh** and you're keeping it alive --- well the cartels need that crap too - I don't see the difference - your drug product is "self pity" ... as addictive as any drug out there and as dangerous ...

Re: “A Night of Regret: The Arrest of TUSD's Former MAS Director Brings Contrition, Discussion on Gender Violence

as I advanced in history classes in college I was introduced to the calumny of all peoples around the world including Mexico. To suggest that the MAS are not anti- American is to do the country and state a disservice is disingenuous .... which as I read further in history was the defining characteristic of bigotry and violence in which the innocent were most often the victims ... character is something that is a spiritual power from which integrity derives for all things ... Arce does not have it ... he is a petty and bigoted pedagogue ...
and in Tucson the innocent have been dragged into argument they did not deserve.

Re: “Ask a Mexican!

So ... going with the human theme - what part of human is not operable in Mexico - you see this stopped being immigration when the numbers soared to millions - I am more concerned about a government which methodically exports millions of its own citizens breaking up families ( a real tear jerk-er on this side of the border) - sometimes brutally - and setting wages so low they cannot support themselves ... all the while huffing and puffing about "human rights" ... so help me here - human rights start north of the border and south of the border at the southern end of Mexico but not in between?

Re: “Guest Commentary

You know ... a fool and the law are a dangerous thing ... absolving the end user from responsibility and placing it elsewhere is more than likely what your fools journey was encountering ... end user refuse care-less-ly thrown aside - because it's already someone else's responsibility ... and now all you suggest is giving them a "name" to blame ... god almighty you learned nothing what a gargantuan waste of time and another hopelessly boring "blame some one else" essay ...

Re: “The Smoking Gun

Just a passing thought ...

"U.S. Border Patrol agents have discovered a cache of several high-powered weapons along the Rio Grande river including a rocket launcher, assault rifles and plastic explosives, authorities said."

Your comment anxiously awaited - now which lobby would it be that wants these kind of weapons along the border? Grijalva? Gallardo? La cocha Dee Dee? Tres putos de Mexico?

Re: “The Smoking Gun

Another article quoting yet another study about as valid as a barroom poll at 11:00 PM ...
to suggest Gallardo is some how respected is to suggest a turd in a punch bowl is a really a decorative accouterments ... you can put a ribbon on a donkey dick sadly it's still a donkey dick ... well ... until it's an article in The Tucson Weakly ... which seems to see donkey dicks as eye candy ...
