The Trials of Henry Kissinger

There’s not much to say about this documentary except that everyone should see it. If you’ve paid attention to politics for any length of time it’s probably been apparent to you that Henry Kissinger is a brilliant, lying, amoral, manipulative sleaze bag who is somehow still admirable. Trials goes into the question of whether or not Kissinger should actually be tried for the war crimes he allegedly committed during the Vietnam War, the bombing of Cambodia and the incursions into Laos. It’s well paced and well assembled, and makes a strong case. Really makes you wonder how he could have been put in charge of the commission investigating the 9/11 attacks.
