Sometimes it's not easy to tell the bad guy from the good guy in a Western. This holds true for the new show The Legend of the Masked Marshal at Trail Dust Town, 6541 E. Tanque Verde Road. The audience is invited to "join the Masked Marshal as he rides once again to ride the town of unsavory scoundrels and rescue the damsel in distress." But is he the good guy, or "is he now using his fearsome reputation to purse a life of crime?" Find out the answer every Thursday through Sunday at 7 and 8 p.m., with an additional 9 p.m. show on Friday and Saturday.
According to Jerry Woods, artistic director of the Pinnacle Peak Pistoleros Wild West Stunt Show, The Legend of the Masked Marshal is a 30-minute, family-friendly, comedy/action performance, "featuring falls from two-story buildings, gunfights, fist-fights, whip-cracking and fiery dynamite explosion effects." Stuntmen and stuntwomen perform these daring theatrics with plenty of high energy.
Tickets are $4. Children 3 and younger are free, but the show isn't recommended for them due to its loud nature. Visit wildweststuntshow.com for more info.
