The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum wants to give a shout out to all teachers on Saturday, Aug. 27 with a teacher appreciation night. From 5 to 10 p.m., the museum will host a teacher appreciation party with Mayor Jonathan Rothschild and teachers can get in free with a valid school ID. Adult admission is $15.50, children 3 to 12 can get in for $8, and kids under 3 are free. Space for the event is limited, to register visit the Desert Museum's website at www.desertmuseum.org.
