Tai Chi For Health

When: Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Continues through June 5 2014

A six-week exercise program focusing on balance, fall prevention, mobility, increasing muscle strength and improving mental focus. This class is designed to feel safe, comfortable, fun and inspire well-being. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Students can even participate while sitting. Presented by Heather Chalon, MPH.
