Stroll for Well-Being Therapeutic Garden Walks Program

When: Sat., Oct. 17, 10-11 a.m. 2015

Participants stroll in a calm setting to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and increase happiness and joy. Twelve walk themes encourage self-reflection to promote personal healing and self-care. Includes three group sessions in which participants share experiences in the garden and draw strength and peace from the perspectives of others.

Price: $250 for 3-month program, includes Gardens membership
