Participants stroll in a calm setting to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and increase happiness and joy. Twelve walk themes encourage self-reflection to promote personal healing and self-care. Includes three group sessions in which participants share experiences in the garden and draw strength and peace from the perspectives of others.
