Stress Free Workshop

When: Sun., Oct. 19, 1-2:30 p.m. 2014

The practice of Hatha Yoga helps to identify ways of responding to stress and learning to relieve it. Gentle techniques will include: Yoga poses to rejuvenate and revitalize the body, breathing practices and deep relaxation to calm and restore the mind, meditation and visualization to calm and center the spirit.
