Great men like Alfonso Dimarco are from a bygone era when good folk lived by a code of hard work, integrity, humility, and selflessness. These guys always did the right thing and never asked for anything in return. They performed their duties (militarily, athletically, etc.) and never complained. People of the World War II and Great Depression period are sterling pillars of society and the greatest role models from which so much can be learned, especially in a society of whiners, complainers, and show-offs. Here's to people like Alfonso and others like him.
