Mixology seminars, cocktail-making demonstratons and a tasting floor exhibiting more than 100 fine spirits are featured from noon to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 17 and 18; $40 each day. Seminar topics include "Understanding Agave," "Women Behind Bars," "American Tiki," and "Making Great Cocktails at Home." From 4 to 5:15 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 17, Tony Abou-Ganim gives a women-only presentation about what to stock in the home bar, including tools of the trade and how to use them, and demonstrations of how to make popular cocktails; $70. From 3 to 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 18, women bartenders compete in a cocktail-making contest to benefit breast-cancer research; $20 includes snacks. From 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 18, mixologist and author Dale DeGroff presents an evening of cocktails inspired by music and storytelling; $40 includes paired appetizers.
