Slamming Emily
Established Tucson poets and participants in the Tucson Youth Poetry Slam compete at 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 15, to determine the lineup for a showcase on Sunday, Nov. 20, at a time and place to be announced. Free. The slam is one of several Emily Dickinson-related events organized by Kore Press with the support of the National Education Association program "The Big Read."
