For some precious years I was an architect for the Tohono O'odam. Several summers a project administrator was assigned to my projects. What was this Arizona Senator doing working so hard while State Congress was in recess? He was serving, with wisdom, with inclusion, and always with a quiet smile seeing people in their best light. Jorge I congratulate you for winning the Corporation Commission. They will never know your quiet style. I am sad for our loss yet know I'll remember your many skillfully demonstrated lessons.
