Would the tamales be different if he had dark hair and brown eyes. Good food knows no color...my aunts have red hair and blue eyes and their tamales taste the same as my Mom's who is dark.Best of luck at your new location, we first tasted them at the Carrillo School tamale festival...you have come a long way from that first tasting!
