If you avoid industrially produced (read: crappy, antibiotic and chemical ridin) meat, you won't have to worry about this.
If you eat from AZ farms that care about the animal/vegetable and the consumer like Painted Cave, Double Check, Walking J, among others... you won't be waking up to bloody diarrhea.
