Re: “MMJ: Mounting Monetary Policy

Yeah, huge incentive for armed robbery, Google dispensary robbery or murder.

Doesnt seem to be much info on crime at dispensaries, wonder if its any more common than beer runs at convince stores?

The million dollar pot shop soon to open up at Park & Lee has a dozen cameras outside. No doubt they will have an armed guard too!

Re: “MMJ: Courts and Campaigns

Im going to vote NO and make sure to get my $0.02 into the publicity pamphlet because of the dispensary mafia: leaf should be taxed and sold like cigarettes and alcohol.

A grower told me she sells weed for $2-$3 per gram and the dispensaries sell it for $10-$15 per gram. She said she hardly breaks even!

Re: “MMJ: Marijuana in Motion

The dispensary mafia has to go, let Circle K sell it like cigarettes!

Re: “Green Rush Reckoning

I dont like the way Tucson is regulating distribution of weed. Each pot shop has to be something like 2000-feet from another pot shop. Why is this, to limit competition or guard against crime? I dont think porn shops, bars or liquor stores are regulated by distance. Granting licenses is like granting mafia crime drug distribution. Competition is good, right, capitalism, survival of the fittest!

Re: “Medical Marijuana: Strong Stuff

Its more like banning hard liquor.

When recreational weed is legal will concentrates only be allowed as medicine?

Re: “Mixed Messages

Also need a definition of Private School under ARS 36-2804.B.1(b)(ii) and the Admistrative Code. Some Arizona cities consider dance and karate schools, private schools.

Re: “Times They Are A Changin'

In regards the Private Property Rights Protection Act, other property owners have right to not have the value of their property deminished by neighbors shoddy construction, high-rise, traffic, noise, noxious odors etc.

The Junction on 9th Street doesnt seem to fit into the neighborhood very well!
