A self-guided tour of eight garden railways, including the railroad at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, March 10 and 11; $5. Highlights are a 4000-square-foot old-Arizona themed railroad, an Old West-themed layout, a railway depicting the owner's early life in the Midwest, and a Western narrow-gauge line that includes a mining area, an industrial scene with a brewery and a lot of visual humor.
