Neal Conan, former host of NPR's Talk of the Nation, leads a community conversation about Tucson's poverty rates, which remained among the nation's highest last year, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 12; free. One in five Tucsonans live below the poverty threshold; in Pima County, the poverty rate among children was 29 percent.
