JUST USE A LITTLE RESTRAINT

An out-of-control youth turned instantly compliant with the buckle of a strap, a Pima County Sheriff's Department report stated.
A domestic-violence call reported a young male yelling and tearing up the trailer where his family lived. The caller alleged he was not on drugs—just "freaking out." He had reportedly broken two windows and a large TV.
Sheriff's deputies approached the subject—a thin, shirtless 17-year-old, —with caution, since he "had a known gang association with the Juggalos."
When the deputies announced themselves, the boy started yelling things such as, "Oh, hell no. Fuck you, motherfuckers!" and "I'll fucking kill you; you're fucking pussies!" (plus a string of racial epithets).
Though he fought very hard, he was eventually taken down and handcuffed while spewing more profanity. Since he continued violent kicks and struggling even while handcuffed on the floor, a police restraint was applied to his ankles and buckled to his handcuffs, pulling his legs uncomfortably toward his body. He was set on the ground outside and told nobody was going anywhere unless he calmed down, at which point the restraint would be removed.
Suddenly, the subject's demeanor transformed; the screaming and crying stopped. "I'll do that, it's all cool," he said quietly.
The damage he had caused at the trailer was estimated at $5,000.

A sex offender failed to register as such in the state but allegedly thought it A-OK to register for a porn site on UA library computers, according to a UAPD report.
A UA officer on patrol at the Main Library computer commons spotted a male hunched over a computer, moving nervously in his seat, his face just inches from the screen. Standing to the individual's left and behind him, the officer saw an account on a website called "Sex Partners," and photos of a nude female.
"Excuse me. Can I talk to you, please?" the UA officer reportedly said.
Before he could begin a speech on the library computers, the subject interrupted, "I'm sorry. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to be looking at that stuff here."
As it turned out, the subject was a sex offender who had recently moved from Iowa. He was taken to jail for failure to register as a sex offender. He admitted he did know he was legally obligated to register.
