She Really Kicks Glass

West Via Alamos, Green Valley, Feb. 12, 11:10 p.m.

An intoxicated, window-breaking woman accused of cheating on her boyfriend displayed a fickle nature when arrested, according to a Pima County Sheriff's Department report.

A sheriff's deputy responding to an unknown problem met with the 19-year-old subject at her apartment complex, where she was found outside, inebriated and in tears. She explained that her boyfriend had caught her on a couch with her head on another man's lap. She said she and her boyfriend had argued, and she had broken the window of his apartment. A subsequent interview with the boyfriend confirmed her story.

When she was handcuffed and driven to the detention center, she started to scream for help, kicking at the windows of the patrol vehicle and trying to throw up on the seat. The car was pulled over at the Green Valley Sheriff's Office, and she was allowed to get out, at which point she began to vomit on the pavement while intermittently yelling "fuck you" and "fuck you, nigger" at nearby law-enforcement officers.

Soon after, however, she apparently became more polite and requested that one deputy hold her hair back from her face as she vomited, which he did. When medical personnel were called to examine her, she immediately transferred her loyalty to the officers she had previously been abusing, telling the paramedics, "These guys can touch me, but you can't fucking touch me."

Put in a different car for transportation to jail, the subject then became violent and verbally abusive toward deputies once again, screaming, spitting and banging her head. She was able to remove her seatbelt and extract her legs from nylon leg restraints and was eventually successful in kicking out the rear window of the car.

Once the subject arrived at the Pima County Detention Center, she was calm and was moved inside the facility without further incident.

Jail Is Warm

UA Area, Feb. 24, 8:32 p.m.

An intoxicated man with a criminal history effectively called law enforcement on himself because of physical discomfort, according to a UA Police Department report.

A UA officer responding to a hang-up call from a blue-light emergency phone found the caller sitting under the phone, extremely drunk and reeking of beer, which he had spilled all over himself. The subject refused to leave and declared that he had called 911 because he was cold.

A records check showed that the man had an outstanding warrant with the Tucson Police Department, and the officer proceeded to arrest him for criminal trespassing. Once in the vehicle, the subject allegedly leaned forward and spit through the prisoner cage onto the deputy's computer keyboard. A "spit sock" was placed over his head, and he was transported to jail.
