I SAW YOU

CORTARO FARMS ROAD AND INTERSTATE 10, AUG. 16, 10:21 P.M.

Authorities arrested a man who threw his live-in girlfriend's clothes out of their trailer, after he claimed he saw her performing oral sex on a neighbor, a Pima County Sheriff's Department report stated.

The report said authorities received a call about a loud fight outside a trailer. As a deputy approached the trailer in question, he heard the words "fucking bitch" and "blow job."

Carlos Espinoza Peyron, 49, said he went looking for his girlfriend at his neighbor's trailer when she didn't come home. He claimed he looked into a window at the neighbor's trailer and saw her giving head.

Peyron then told a deputy that he went back to their trailer and started throwing her clothes outside while yelling obscenities. A deputy noted that Peyron appeared intoxicated.

Peyron's girlfriend said she had gone over to the neighbor's house to give him some Percocet, as his prescription was out. She said that when she returned home, Peyron started screaming that she was a "cock sucker."

Deputies arrested Peyron on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was booked into Pima County Adult Detention Center.

OUT OF CONTROL

ORANGE GROVE AND ORACLE ROADS, AUG. 17, 6:47 P.M.

An apparently drunken woman accused her apartment-complex neighbors of letting her 4-year-old son into a pool area, and spouted a torrent of racial slurs to make it known that she was angry, a PCSD report said.

A deputy who was approaching the pool area said he could hear a woman, later identified as Danielle Teresa Hogan, screaming. The report didn't give Hogan's age.

Hogan told authorities her son had followed some "stupid Indian bastards" into the pool area. They then left, she alleged, and trapped her son inside the gate. The report said Hogan refused to calm down and was cussing in front of her mother-in-law, her son and another child.

Hogan told authorities that out of anger, she broke the window to her apartment after confronting the neighbors, who reportedly denied responsibility. She also said that she was tired of "stupid Indian people getting paid for just being Indians," adding that the deputy must be able to relate, because "you're white--you know how it is."

The neighbors said Hogan approached them after they unlocked the gate to allow the 4-year-old out. They said they were "assaulted by an onslaught of verbal profanities" and threats coming from Hogan.

Authorities arrested Hogan on one count of disorderly conduct.
