A man who had allegedly been drinking fell asleep in his car with his penis hanging out of his pants, according to a report from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
An employee at Risky Business, 6866 E. Sunrise Drive, phoned authorities after seeing the man. According to the report, a deputy noted a 1995 Geo Prism had "backed over a median and curb, and it appeared to have (h)it a sign in the parking lot."
The car's lights were on, and the vehicle's keys were in the ignition, the report said. The deputy said he saw Kevin M. Edds, 52, reclining in the driver's seat "with his pants undone and his penis exposed."
The deputy asked Edds why his pants were undone after rousing him; Edds reportedly replied that "he had to go to the bathroom."
Edds was arrested for driving under the influence after a preliminary breath-alcohol test showed a blood alcohol reading of .08, the report said.

A woman asked authorities to take all of her son's classmates to the Juvenile Detention Center after his iPod went missing, a PCSD report stated.
The son told deputies he had left the apple-green iPod on his desk for only a few minutes while he went over to a window. When he returned, the music player was missing.
School officials searched the students, their belongings and the classroom, but didn't find the iPod.
A deputy told the mother it would not be possible to cart off all her son's classmates over the missing item. There was no further information at the time of the report.
Tailgate Tussle
UA Area, Nov. 5, 3:58 p.m.
About 200 men nearly got into "an outright brawl" at a tailgate party on the UA mall, a University of Arizona Police Department report said.
A pair of police officers riding bicycles drove up to the men, who were split into two groups facing each other. As the officers approached, the men became more aggressive, the report said.
The officers radioed for help. While waiting for assistance, one officer reportedly witnessed 22-year-old Taylor Perkins chuck a beer that splashed on some people. Perkins said he had been struck in the face by a beer can, so he threw his drink in retaliation.
The combatants dispersed without further ado when help arrived. Officers booked Perkins in Pima County Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
