The Sexually Satisfying Thieves
North Flowing Wells Road and West Wetmore Road, Dec. 5, 4 a.m.
According to a Pima County Sheriff's Department report, two women were performing sex acts on a man while somebody snuck into the man's trailer and stole his car, along with $165.
The victim told Deputy Mark O' Dell that the women were "satisfying" him inside his trailer when an unknown man entered and stole his keys, his wallet and his car.
After the theft, the women left with the unknown man.
The victim said that he didn't know who the women were, because he just met them that day at the mall and invited them to come back to his trailer, the report stated.
The victim appeared to be intoxicated and told police that he had taken his prescribed medications earlier that night, which included Methadone, Morphine and Ritalin.
Deputies documented what was stolen and told the man to send in a form if he realized any more items were missing.
After O'Dell and other deputies left the trailer, they realized that the victim was continuing to talk as if the deputies were still inside speaking with him, the report stated.
The victim called PCSD later that day and said that one of the women parked the stolen car outside of his house and walked away. He could not tell police why he didn't try to stop the woman or call deputies when the woman returned.
Holiday Inn Bust
South Palo Verde Road and East Irvington Road, Dec. 5, 8:58 p.m.
Deputies cited or arrested 96 underage people for drinking alcohol at a Tucson bar, a Pima County Sheriff's Department report stated.
After receiving an anonymous phone tip, Deputy Kevin Gardner went to the bar at the Holiday Inn, 4550 S. Palo Verde Road, where he allegedly saw a large group of young people sitting at tables with alcohol, the report stated.
Gardner called for more officers when he saw how many people were at the bar.
Most of the group congregated to one side of the bar while others tried to hide in the bathrooms and DJ booths or leave through an emergency exit. Deputies stopped those trying to exit and administered breathalyzers to all the people they suspected were underage.
Deputies found several flasks of alcohol in the bar restrooms.
Some of the underage drinkers had fake IDs, but deputies did not report how all of the minors were able to get alcohol.
Some of the people were cited and released for various alcohol violations; some were taken to Pima County Jail on suspicion of being minors in possession of alcohol.
University area, Dec. 11, 6:30 a.m.
A UA student punched another student after someone urinated on his residence-hall room door, a University of Arizona Police Department report stated.
The victim told police that he was walking down a common hall inside the Apache Residence Hall, 1420 E. Fifth St., when he saw a wet urine spot on a door and on the carpet. The victim laughed and continued to walk down the hall, when another student spun him around and punched him in the face, the report stated.
The other student admitted to punching the man who laughed, because he thought that he was the person who urinated on the door.
The victim did not want to press charges but did ask the student to pay any medical bills.
Officer Brown photographed the victim's wounds and the wet spot.
