Pima County Fair
Home arts, fine arts, entertainment, horse shows, 4-H animals, concerts, games, rides, junk food, educational exhibits, and a gem-and-mineral show are among the attractions through Sunday, April 29; $8, $3 child ages 6 through 10, free younger child, $5 parking. The fair opens at 1 p.m., daily through Friday; and 10 a.m., Saturday and Sunday. Closing time is midnight. The carnival opens at 3 p.m., Monday through Friday; and 11 a.m., Saturday and Sunday. Livestock displays open at 8 a.m. via the Brekke Road gate.
