Ghini's French cafe- be prepared to wait a few hours to get a table on weekends though. El Guero canelo and BKs are great and very representative of Tucson. La Cocina at the Olde Artisans, Cafe A La Carte at the art museum, El Charro are all delicious and have lovely atmospheres in historic tucson buildings.
