Outdoor Family: Plants and People of the Southwest

When: Sat., Oct. 26 2013

Families with children ages 5 through 12 learn how people in the desert Southwest have used plants for food, fibers, medicines, construction and tools from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 26. Taste foods made from native plants and make a simple creosote body scrub. Reservations are required. Call 615-7855, or email eeducation@pima.gov for more information.
