Old Pearce Heritage Days
Effie Anderson Smith, who was born in Pearce in 1896 and lived in rural Arizona all her life, earned a reputation for her art throughout the state. Her work is featured in the Old Pearce Store from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Nov. 25 and 26; free. The exhibit is part of a celebration that includes a quilt display, a display of antique tractor engines, a local mineral show and presentations, signings by local authors Phyllis Morreale-de la Garza and S.M.
