Local Honey!

Southwest Bee Supply is a small shop at 844 S. Sixth Ave. that sells local honey and supplies for raising bees and making soap and candles. Much of the honey comes from the Three Points hives of owner Roy Wilson Jr., but products from other beekeepers are also available. The mesquite honey is poured fresh from a contraption behind the counter; flavors such as orange blossom and mint are available in small jars that sell for about $4. Wilson also sells free-range eggs, but call first to make sure they're in stock; 882-7522.
