Cool Desert DessertSabino Canyon is many things to many people, but raise your hand if you think of ice cream while there. Nonetheless, Shamrock Farms has named a new ice cream flavor "Sabino Canyon Neapolitan" to honor the Tucson destination. Neapolitan is a creamy triple treat of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream that can be found at Fry's and Bashas'.
On BroadwayI mistakenly said previously that In-n-Out was going up in front of Robinsons-May at the El Con Mall. That was wrong; it's actually going up on the corner of Broadway and Dodge boulevards, nearer to Claim Jumper and in front of Target. The other rapidly growing structure at Randolph Way will house a Starbucks, plus two or three other retail stores (even though there's already a Starbucks inside Target). Further west, on the northwest corner of Broadway and Campbell Avenue, another Starbucks will be brewing soon.
