Just opened, Colors is GLBT-owned by Ricardo Lujan and John Lochart. The restaurant caters to all who seek outstanding local art along with a full menu and bar in a nonsmoking space. Broadway Blvd. The value-driven, fast-food franchise serves 16-inch subs with sliced-to-order meats and cheeses, pasta with red or Alfredo sauce and multi-grain Carb Cents bread for diners on low-carb diets.
