Just opened, Colors is GLBT-owned by Ricardo Lujan and John Lochart. The restaurant caters to all who seek outstanding local art along with a full menu and bar in a nonsmoking space. Broadway Blvd. The value-driven, fast-food franchise serves 16-inch subs with sliced-to-order meats and cheeses, pasta with red or Alfredo sauce and multi-grain Carb Cents bread for diners on low-carb diets. Primavera Cooks The Grill

The Primavera Foundation continues its summer fund-raiser on Sept. 1 at The Grill at Hacienda del Sol. According to Chef Jason Jonilonis, the menu will celebrate the Southwest's bounty paired with appropriate wines as five apprentice chefs merge their talents with the professional culinary team.
