Shabu ShabuComing soon: a new concept of healthy Japanese fare, where diners cook their own meat or seafood in individual pots of broth. The restaurant currently under construction at River Center (River and Craycroft roads) should be open in November, owners hope. Supposedly, the word shabu comes from the sound made as the meat and seafood gently swish through the broth.
