New Year's Eve Dining: CORE Kitchen and Wine Bar

When: Fri., Dec. 31, 5 & 8 p.m. 2010

A three-course menu featuring maple-soaked buffalo tenderloin, pan-seared fluke, Canadian duck breast, double lamb chops and numerous other gourmet items will be available for $85 per person at a seating at 5 p.m. A four-course menu featuring similar items and champagne will be available for $125 a person at a seating at 8 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.
