Thank you, thank you for this report. I have been doing research about Sierra Vista in order to make a move to this area with my family. I now know this would be a mistake. It is true that my children would probably be fine, but how could I ever live with myself if one of them got sick? I'll keep looking for a healthy place to settle down.
