A woman so out of touch, because of her many bank accounts! We are in the bottom 6 in the USA in Education spending, but "we spend it more efficiently. Then why are 44 in the USA in ranking!!!! Because heaven forbid we change! Every other institution changes (medical care, card catalogues in libraries, agriculture, OMG even guying tickets for airports) but we still expect kids to sit read two chapters and answer question---and that is teaching. Giving homework and never grading it. I am a retired teacher for DOD for 33 years; I changed every year!
