Ray Carroll had no real experience before being APPOINTED. He had a couple of years at a small non-profit and "tried" real estate. After his appointment he won because nobody cared; times were good, money was loose. Now he claims to have the "experience"; but he has NO experience in business or anything else other than the B.O.S. What he wants is a few more years to be able to retire on the County dime. I say enough time has passed. Lets move on. If he has such great skills he will have no problem finding a REAL county job for a few more years if he wants to do that. Even HE admits he's been suprised that nobody has challenged him over the years. And if you can't see that he has become very cocky over the years your blind. Open your eyes.
