This article is so poorly written, I certainly hope that it was provided by a high school student. Certainly not from a paid writer? The use of parenthesis and cliché phrases, along with bland, and OK used several times in the article. The closing comment that Crossroads is "about a gazillion times better than Taco Bell" confidently sold this restaurant for me (please note my sarcasm).
