Melanoma Walk

When: Sat., Oct. 1, 2-6 p.m. 2011

A 1.5-mile, family- and dog-friendly walk takes place from 2 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, to support research and education about melanoma. $30; $25 advance. The event includes free skin-cancer screenings from 2 to 4 p.m., live music and a DJ, children's activities, raffle prizes, free food and beverages for participants, and participant goody bags.
