Being the ONLY Arizona Congressperson to vote the Trump Agenda 100% of the time does make her "Trump's twin". But she tells nobody (unless it suits her fundraising purposes) her opinion before a vote. Her staffers (in my experience) say 100% of the time that she hasn't made a statement on an upcoming vote, or they haven't had a chance to speak with her. This includes yesterday morning hours before the HR 10 vote. This is NO way to do the job of representing constituents in the legislature.
