Martin’s fits the Fourth Avenue vibe perfectly: It’s fun; it’s casual; it’s independent; and the food’s pretty darned good. The huevos rancheros—with a surprising number of delicious vegetables—is excellent, and the carne asada has a rich, smoky flavor. Just don’t ask for guacamole or sour cream. (9-23-10)
