Community Ignored continued,Summit View School officials ,can say that is reason, for lagging school attendance.But,many people started leaving ,when state ,started getting tough on illegals.Summit Committee? Never heard of them,let neighborhood know you exist,in area ,hand out flyers.I,was involved ,when we wanted,school build here ,we organized and let ourselves known ,to the community.So have meetings,in the afternoons or evenings,because,a lot of us work during the day.Everything,i have mentioned ,can be verified ,through law enforcement sources.To turn a blind eye, does not benefit anyone, in the community.Unless ,you live in this area and care about, the safety of the children,you would want more police presence.Children,are afraid to play, in the park ,next to school,because of gang presence and drug dealing ,on a daily basis.I welcome more police presence.
Community Ignored,by the Sherriff's Dept..True,i have lived, in this community,for 18 years.And unfortunately,due to shortage, of the Sherriff's, this community is ignored.What this article and the news media,did not mention is that,in the last,few years,their have been accidents,that have killed people, in the area of the school.On Summit Rd and Vanessa Ln,lady was killed by reckless driver,she left,a couple of children.Driver later arrested,on unrelated d.u.i. case in area.Little girl killed ,when driver runs stop sign,at Old Nogales Hwy and Summit Rd,hits minivan,she was passenger.Drop houses for drugs and illegals,seem to abound,in this area.Last year on Vanessa Ln,drop house discovered, situation develops,school goes into lockdown.Man, picked up,in back of school,Epperson Ln,running drop house,for illegals,numerous vehicles ,hauled off.I have witnessed,2 cars chasing,each other ,on Old Nogales Hwy and McKain,in front of store,shooting at each other,while school bus ,is in sight,ready to drop off students.Cops chasing people,when they refuse to stop.Human and animal bodies dumped on Old Vail Rd,within a couple miles of Summit View School.People driving around buses with signals on,stop signs out.Lady driving quad, with 4 children,on it.Illegal horse racing ,down the street, from the school.For people to say the Sherriff's target a certain race in area,is incorrect,due to fact, of everything ,that goes on, in this community.
