Explore yoga poses, Breath techniques, sound, gestures and Meditation. Focus on techniques that can lead to a life that is joyful, creative and dynamic. Class level is for beginning/continuing students. Designed to facilitate each student’s personal journey to physical and emotional wellness through yoga.
