Hello,
My name Is jamie Struve troop 908 GS leader , we have adopted the Rio vista park we do alot of clean up at this park. It is nice to see the dogs there but some kids are affraid of dogs/off leashes.
I would not mind it if the owners were alittle more aware. Most yes are , but alot are still not, They don't pick up after there dog's and just let them run up to any one.
So I don't agree with the off leash approval. Maybe if there are claws in it like if there are only you in the park ok our if there is only one other person in the park ok. I have four dogs my self and I would not let them just run with out watching them.
I belive that a water area would be the best thing for this park and even the dogs can have a little area for water play too. that would be cool!!!!!
