Japanese Knife Skills & Garnish Creation Class

Learn the art of Japanese Kitchen Knife Skills and Garnish creation with Yoshi Nakano. Basic Kata (form and stance) and hands-on knife skills for whole body safety. Students will work with all kinds of vegetables (soft to hard) with garnishes to help refine dinner plates.
