To call Mary Matiella an accountant for the Federal Government does her a huge disservice. If you go to her Wikipedia page you will see that the person you call a Federal Government Accountant oversaw a $4 billion annual budget for the National Forest Service as our NFS Chief Financial Officer. She then was the Assistant Secretary of the Army and retired from that position with the civilian equivalent of a 4 star general. A Tucsonan from the age of 6 weeks I think you need to give credit where credit is due.
