i just really want to say may God Bless you in your endeavor....fist line of business should be the replace the front staff at the Urban League and let your Hispanic staff know that there are African Americans that understand spanish!!!. Its not ok to disregard us in english and let your your people know in Spanish where to go for assistance....I am 38 years old living in Tucson for the past 25 years and to no avail i have never been able to go to call or walk in the Urban League and get any type of assistance what says good customer service....WOW....the worse group of outreach workers in the front....all your information is displayed and discussed at the front area and you come into that center wounded and dispair and the hospitality there is beyond reprieve....ive always worked and struggled in Tucson and with a college degree...where is the assistance for those of us who work hard, contribute??? Of all the funding the Urban Leagues receives some of it should be AIRMARKED to assist those of us who work, dont have 5 babies, do drugs, or have a man that does all the above living with you so when we can get off work and bring allllllll the documents that's required thought the other funds are depleted there may be some to assist us who may just have stumbled vs chose to stay "down" and deplete the SYSTEM....just a thought. I recently have been to the urban with a working friend to get assistance it has been two awful trips so far, so on the thired attempt i will have been through it all and will definately have more of a personal report back perhaps with a email or phone call to mr Beck just to give some feedback on a personal level.
