"Your Heart Through Exercise" takes place from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 16. "Eat Better/Move Better," an eight-week course, begins with a class from 10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Sept. 17. Registration is required. Call to register or for more information.
