GUAMAP Benefit
A benefit for the Guatemala Acupuncture and Medical Aid Project features a gourmet vegetarian dinner made with local desert foods and a reading by Marge Pellegrino from her newest book, Journey of Dreams, at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, July 17. Proceeds will go toward acupuncture training in rural Guatemala. Tickets are $36 in advance; or $40 at the door. Kids ages 12 and younger get in for $10. RSVP is required by Friday, July 16.
