Great Tucson Beer Festival
Beer-tasting is the focus of an event that also includes snacks and food samples from eateries throughout Tucson, horseshoes games, balloons, temporary tattoos, stage giveaways and music by 80s and Gentlemen, from 6 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28; $45 to $90 VIP. The VIP section includes admission at 4:30 p.m., a souvenir tasting mug, a specially-catered dinner and a souvenir T-shirt. Designated driver tickets are available. No babies or children; no one younger than 21; and no pets other than service animals are allowed. Proceeds benefit Sun Sounds of Arizona, which provides reading services to the visually-impaired.
